Q1 · SCOPE

Is Remotorix a vendor of any product?

No. We are a professional services firm. We do not sell, license, or distribute any product, and this site distributes no file. Our work is assessment, design, configuration of your existing environment, governance, monitoring, and enablement. You keep ownership of everything we touch.

Q2 · START

How does an engagement begin?

With a conversation and a design review. We learn about your current access environment, discuss constraints, and outline what an engagement would cover. If it makes sense to proceed, we agree a written scope with deliverables, timeline, and fees before any work starts.

Q3 · ACCESS

What access do you need to our systems?

Enough to configure policy, and nothing more than the task requires. Where we need administrative access during a build, it is time-limited, logged, and removed when the work is complete. We follow least privilege ourselves, and we expect our clients to hold us to it.

Q4 · TIME

How long does a project take?

An assessment typically runs two to four weeks. A full design and configuration for a mid-size organization usually takes six to twelve weeks, phased to limit disruption. Ongoing operation continues monthly thereafter. Exact timing depends on environment size, complexity, and your change windows.

Q5 · TEAM

Do we need specialists on our own staff?

No, though a capable administrator makes the engagement smoother. We do the specialist work and then enable your team so they can operate the design with confidence. Documentation and training are part of every deliverable, not extras.

Q6 · GUARANTEES

Can you guarantee we will never be breached?

Nobody can honestly promise that, and we will not. What we commit to is disciplined engineering, least privilege by default, tested policy, complete documentation, and continuous monitoring. We reduce risk measurably and give you visibility; we do not offer certainty that does not exist.

Q7 · CLOUD

Do you work with cloud environments?

Yes. We design access for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, adapting to where your systems actually live. The governing principle is the same everywhere: mediated access, policy enforced at defined points, and complete logging.

Q8 · DATA

How do you handle our data?

We treat client information as confidential and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what the engagement needs, retain it only as long as necessary, and never sell or share it. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail, including rights under California law.

Q9 · PRICING

How is pricing structured?

Monthly operational fees plus a one-time setup figure, tiered by organization size and the service lines engaged. See the Pricing page for indicative figures. Every scope is confirmed in writing and nothing begins until you approve it.

Q10 · EXIT

What happens if we end the engagement?

You retain full ownership of your environment and all documentation we produced. We support an orderly transition, brief your team or a successor, and remove any access we held. There is no lock-in by design, because the environment is yours throughout.

If your question is not answered here, send it to [email protected] and we will respond directly. We prefer clear answers over sales language, and we will tell you plainly when something is outside what we do.
